Cubitt is looking for a Director of Operations & Development in a  moment when independent arts organisations are increasingly challenged.  As one of the last remaining central London artist studios maintaining a  unique cooperative structure, Cubitt continues to build upon its historic  ability to respond to change, be it funding shifts, advocating for affordable  artist spaces, or expanding our curatorial programs. With the landscape for  artist-led spaces becoming more precarious, strong leadership and  strategic vision are crucial to ensuring Cubitt continues to thrive.   This exciting new role will be the first in our organisation to crossover both gallery and studio activities and we look forward to welcoming applications from passionate and energised candidates.

Our current programme team is reflective of the diversity of the city we work within, and we hope to continue to do so. With this in mind we greatly encourage applications from candidates who self-identify as Global Majority, LGBTQIA/Queer, Disabled, or who have other lived experience of difference.
