In January, Cubitt will host a Cèilidh, a social evening and cultural celebration common in Gaelic cultures, as an informal fundraiser and celebration of the final year of our current Curatorial Fellow’s programme. This Cèilidh will take place on Robert Burn’s night, a traditional celebration of Scottish culture named after its national poet.

Cubitt staff and friends will be participating in the event including refreshments, drinks, dancing and a raffle. Kilts recommended.

Ahead of our Cubitt Cèilidh, we are selling raffle tickets online for anyone who may not be attending but still wants to be in the running to win a selection of prizes including; a Diptyque Paris Candle (RRP: £150); signed artist’s lino print by Diana Puntar; Wine (donated by Pacific Wines, Islington); bottles of Rosé and White Wine (donated by the Shakespeare’s Head, Islington); a voucher for breakfast inc. drinks for two at The Shoap (Auld Hag, Islington); a £50 voucher for Mayyil: Lebanese On the Go (Islington branch); a selection of adaptogenic coffees (donated by London Nootropics) One Million Years: On Kawara (Edition by Mathieu Copeland), and much more!
